Purposes of processing

GSS nv collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management (including customer administration, tracking orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency monitoring, profiling, and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Retention period

Personal data processed for customer management will be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the area of accounting).

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of personal data

The customer has the right to access their personal data at any time and can have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete, have it deleted, restrict its processing, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them based on Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.

Furthermore, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) of their personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

Direct marketing

The customer has the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Complaint

The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).

The use of “cookies”
